Fabric Shops?

Hi all,
I am looking to buy some fabric, such as sheets of cotton gingham, sheets of felt, cushion padding... all that jazz. Can just order from Ebay but I'm impatient so if anyone knows of fabric stores in Malta I'd really appreciate the info.
It's just be for small amounts like a few metres.
