Good afternoon. I found a home in Rincon which I want to purchase. I was told that I would need a Bank with a real estate attorney since I require a mortgage. Are there any suggestions on this type of bank? I am interested in writing a contract and securing financing immediately. Thanks for any information provided.

I used Banco Popular in Rincon for my mortgage and the process wasn't difficult. You may want to compare fees and rates with the local Coop but all in all, Banco Popular would be my recommendation. - John
