Committing to renting or buying accommodation when youre new to or have not moved to Tunisia just yet is always a stressful endeavour. Would you like to help us in putting together a handbook of what to look out for when house hunting in Tunisia?

I can recommend the Vision Agency in Hammamet, they where brilliant when I was looking for somewhere to rent.

It is not a scam but make sure you get the lease contract registered with the tax authority and not just municipalities. As for apartment, make sure your rent includes all the building services and guards and taxes.
