Hello . I live illegaly in berlin . My girlfriend lives in poland .we want get married here in germany or in poland .please i need some informations. Thanks

To be honest, if living illegally then you will have problems when you try to get the required paperwork for the marriage.
Once the authorities find out you are an illegal then it is likely you will be jailed and maybe deported.
