A few details would be useful - Does he have a lady in mind, or is he looking for a random women in order to get a visa?

Still too little information

Saudi citizens tend to find it reasonably easy to get a visa but, if your friend is Nigerian, their chances are slim.

If a Saudi is intending to marry an Indonesian, and both are Muslims, the ride is usually simple enough.
Pop over on a tourist visa or, better, come over on a SosBud (60 days, extendable twice), then apply for a KITAS once married.
The SosBud requires an Indonesian citizen as sponsor, the lady should be able to do that without issue.
You might get asked for things like proof of income.
