Hi,

I am going to be an exchange student in EDHEC Nice for the upcoming autumn semester. I have found a really nice apartment in Nice. It is a hotel like four star accommodation with a sea view on a promenade des Anglais. Its a two room flat with air-conditioning, terrace etc. The period of a contract - 2011.09.01-2011.12.31. Monthly rent for a person - 495 euros, all utilities and internet included. That is really a great offer!
