Hi,
I've recently moved from Xlendi to Nadur
and instead of renting I now own a terraced
house. I'm now completing the form from
ARMS - Request to Change Billing Tariff
(from Non-residential to Residential).

Section B of the form requires the size
of the garage in square meters. I should
be able to obtain this easily enough with
patience and my old tape measure !
However, the next requirement on the form is :
"Please submit a plan including dimension
and signed by an architect".
Has anyone been through this process? Can
anyone recommend an architect who would
consider such a mundane task ?

If you just bought a place your bank and / or notary were required to get this plan by law. So you should have it already?

It's required for determining if your houses matches what was approved by planning authority

If not. Wow not sure how you got there but your notary can request the existing one on file.

My notary, of course. I should have thought of that !

He's based in Victoria, I will book an appointment to
see him.
