Hi,
I'm renewing my EP and only stage 1 is processed. I need to fly out of Malaysia few times before I can apply for stage 2, is it possible to do so or would I face any issues at immigration?
Any info highly appreciated.

I assume your current EP is still valid until some future date which means you can travel on a valid visa. Your employer might want to issue a letter (bearing the company stamp) explaining the Stage 1 approval for the renewal has been confirmed.
