Coordinator to Financial Advisor WANTED

Coordinator Wanted – Commission Only Role USD$40,000 + per year

I am a native English-speaking Financial Advisor working with the biggest independent financial consultancy in the world based out of their Moscow office. I am looking to hire a coordinator to work along side myself here in central Maoscow to manage my appointments and diary on a day to day basis.

Looking for a hungry   native Russian with very good English both spoken and written. The job will be to coordinate my day-to-day diary to make sure it is full of qualified appointments. 

Responsibilities
•    Gathering Names (finding people in large companies to call)
•    Speaking to clients and booking appointments
•    Managing my diary
•    Emailing confirmation in English text
•    Booking 2 appointments per day (very achievable)
•    Maintain a professional manner and appearance
•    Woking hours will be 8:45 to 5:30 Monday to Friday

Experience & Skills
•    Fluent in English (A Must)
•    Telesales experience e.g. cold calling
•    Previous experience in a high pressure role
•    Written English (emailing)

•    OTE of USD$40,000 + for first year (very achievable)
