Hi, Happy Weekend, l have a questions.. Can Goethe B1 certificate get me a German citizenship, after three years of marriage? Or can they accept Goethe b1 certificate for Naturalization to German citizenship if am married to German for 2-3 years?

No. One needs to pass tthe B1 level german language test but that is just one of MANY requirements. Just passing a languge test doesn't qualify one for citizenship.
