Hey guys, currently im working in Phnom Penh with working visa more than 3 months. Can I entitle apply credit card in ABA bank or ANZ bank?
Can I know what is the requirement?

Hello.
As far as I know credit cards to foreigners are only granted if you open a fixed deposit account.
If you have a savings account the only thing available is a debit card.
If you really want to know go to one of the bank branches and ask.
