High risk pregnancy and residency permit

Hi Everyone

I am getting rather desperate here...

I recently found out I am expecting, this now makes this very difficult as I am working and need to do my residency permit asap as my visa expires on the 29th of next month (November)

I cant do my residency as I cant do the chest xray, I also cant inform ID malta as should they inform my place of work I will be fired!!

I am a high risk pregnancy as I have a hematoma and have already ended up in Mater Dei with a threatened miscarraige meaning I can't fly. My partner starts work here on the 4th on November and is doing his work permit on the 2nd of November.

Can someone tell me my options here? what can we do?

PLEASE!! I am desperate!!
