Most of the technical universities should offer it, the ones in Berlin, Munich, Dresden, darmstadt, braunschweig, freiberg, cottbus, illmenau offer it for sure. Non technical universities that offer it are for example in bochum, karlsruhe, Stuttgart, rostock, kaiserslautern. Just take your pick. Sometimes it may be offered as a specialisation in maschinenbau.
