On March I am coming to Netherlands for 15 days .Is it possible to attend the basic exam there at that time and would like to know about the procedures?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Assuming your talking about the MVV exam; you can't do it in Holland, only at the Dutch Embassy of your home country.

Hi. I am also here in Kuwait. I just took my exam last September.You can not take the exam here. Dutch embassy in Dubai is the nearest one.
