my name is sivadas i am working one of the whithout registration company in past 7 months . my position is electrical technition till now i didnt do it my jobs. i didnt sign agrreement also. my passport validity only 1 months . i request to sponcer for my passport renewal they didnt respond . what will do ? if i give resgnation i need to pay any amount? if they didnt accept my resgnation i can go to labour court . pleaz give me some good reply

Better contact the Indian Embassy immediately and explain your situation in detail.
You should also complain to the Ministry of Manpower (better with some local who can help you out with that).
Only they can bail you out.
