Hi People,

Request your answer on the following-

1. I am an Indian and my fiancée is German, we are planning to marry this August. Since Germany has a lot of paper works, can we marry in Denmark? How much time it will take to register the marriage in Germany? Can you tell the process?

2. I do not have immediate plans to shift to Germany, however I would like to avail the residence permit. My fiancee is not working and goes for education. Her monthly income would not be more than €1, 000/- per month. Do you think it can be a hindrance?

3. What is the exact procedure to get the residence permit post marriage? What are the documents required?
