Hi,
My wife is a Commerce Post graduate teacher. She is relocating with me to Bahrain. How easy or difficult it is to get a teaching job in Degree college/university. How much usually payscale for PG teachers?

The best way to find out is go online, find the names and addresses of schools and apply to all of them.
With her qualifications, I don’t think she will have a problem.
