German or English speaking doctors in the Campinas area

Hey, I've been living in Campinas since Mid-August now and I was wondering whether there are any doctors in this area that speak English (or even better: German)?

I am a German phallus surgeon but I do not live in Brazil. I will be there on vacation in July of this year 2018. I want to go back there but I need a good job with a suitable salary like here in Germany.
