Clarity on ICT work permit

Hi folks,

I have recently (about 6 months ago) relocated to Netherlands on an ICT work permit. I have been approached for a job offer. Is this permitted? Am I allowed to change jobs if I traveled to Netherlands on an ICT WP.

Also, I am hoping to eventually settle here and get permanent residency. Will I be able to do that on an ICT work permit at all, irrespective of whether the job change is allowed?

I'm not sure of the answer to your question and I doubt if anybody else here has the current information. My advice to you is to go to the local IND office and enquire there; you'll need to make an appointment first; you can get the contact details from this link.
