It's been 3 months since I left Kuwait. I was not able to released b y my previous company so my new company told me to go back to Philippines and they will give me a new visa. I cancelled my residency and closed my work permit from my old company. The new company started to process my visa last 2nd week of July 2017. I want to ask if how long it will take for my new visa to be done and can it take lesser time because I came from Kuwait also? Is it true that when you take NOC (No Objection Certificate) in Kuwait take so much time? Please advice me....

It can take 1 to 2 months but it all depends on your new company internal process , for example I know some companies can do it in a week because it's urgent for them and the work process is fast. I recommend you to contact the responsible employee in your company for updates. Btw Eid holiday us coming which mean more delay
