Expecting visa sometime next week. Need to know about the procedure once visa & ticket received to be completed prior to fly at Mumbai immigration.

This is first time traveling outside country for work

Once you receive your ticket have a word with the airline whether they need anything  and also have a word with your employer if they need any documents. Passport and Visa copy should be enough for you to enter Bahrain.

Good luck.

Many thanks for your valuable advice, my worries was at the Indian immigration clearance at Mumbai airport. valid passport with copy of Visa, confirm ticket & contract document should be enough or they ask for any other documents as well in addition to mentioned above.

logicalindian

That should be good enough.

If you are first time traveler to bahrain, You need to update the status (Ready to Board) in your ticket. This can be done by airlines office (Few airlines offer online access) in bahrain. CHeck with your employer.
