We want to rent a condo/apartment with intent to buy in same community.

Need recommendations for a gated community, with beach views or close to the beach, close to good restaurants, English/bilingual, With access to Medicare providers and pharmacies nearby.

I would recommend you come to visit for an extended stay and see what you like.
English speaking are mostly in the San Juan metro area, Fajardo, Humacao, Dorado and the west of the island. The west is the most popular area for American Expats. There are about 270 miles of beaches surrounding the island and there are many gated communities you could live in. Several good hospitals in all those areas
