Laws in Bahrain for Resignation

Hi,

I just resigned from my company where I had been working for 1.5yrs. And my contract says notice period of 45days. And I have given my notice period in my resignation letter. Now they cancel my visa before my notice period is done. And also my baby visa they cancel. They say that they are not letting me serve the notice period. and they will not give payment in lieu. They said they are not paying him the notice period money. They said they will give him only notice period. But his contract says that the company should pay the notice period money with benefits even if they are cancelling it. What to do? Please guide me.
