Brokers or renters are normally very easy to find around Olympia on the Bole intersection. The easiest way is to ask around since they work "on the street". If you know some Ethiopian they might be able to put you in contact. But maybe since you are travelling with your family it might be easier to stay at a Guesthouse, many times they are the same as furnished apartments. There are a lot of guesthouses in Addis, and easy to find once you are in the area. Do you have any idea in what area your family prefer to stay?
