I have come to Almeria to make a new life although it could be considered rather late to do so as I am 69 now. I would love to meet up with others who have come here. It is a lovely city and an excellent place to settle if you want to learn the language, which I do. There is such a variety of bars and restaurants and the beaches are superb and never really crowded compared with a lot of places. At this time of year, they are relatively quiet. All I need now is some friends with whom to socialise and enjoy what there is here.

Hi!

Best of luck to you!  I don't think it's ever "late" to start anew . . . adventures keep life exciting and challenging.

I am sure you will find lots of wonderful people to meet and share time with . . . and look forward to reading your posts.

Regards!

Michele
