Flash replacement in Camera

Is anyone aware of any shops where I can get my camera flash replaced ? Somebody told me that there are several in Batha..run by filipinos mostly..but he wasn't able to convey the exact location?
I have a Nikon L110 - I know I can get a new one for as less than 500 SAR, but I'd prefer to get the flash replaced as I am emotionally attached to this one.
So any help would be really appreciated.
