General presentation

Hello,
My training is in engineering sciences applied to weapons, it is a versatile training that encompasses several subjects such as: computer math, thermodynamics, explosive chemistry, strength of materials, .... my PFE was' synthetic vinegar from ethanol, biomass'. This title was imposed by the military academy as undid versatility.
Then I made a law study and criminal procedure, it  is initiated by a final project study on ' anti trafficking drugs worldwide'.
After completing that year I work for 9 years in the National Guard, and now I held the position of head of department of coordination and operating within the central operations room.
I want to know what I have to do for getting a job in the United States of America, and what i have to do to reach my goal.
