My husband and I will be celebrating our anniversary soon. As we haven't lived or spent a lot of time in Cairo over the last few years, I'm looking for restaurant suggestions. Anywhere in Maadi, Zamalek, Mohandiseen or Downtown would be good. The restaurant must serve alcohol! Any kind of food (except sushi) is ok.
Any suggestions?

You can try the nile ritz has a new restaurant which is nice .. Eat and barrel is also nice
