Any of you NTV users out there in Malta (or Cyprus) having trouble with NTV?
Ours has been crashing or freezing much more in the last week or two and this morning will not load at all on either Mag Box or Laptop, even their home page struggled to open and I am not able to access my account details either!

Is anyone with a Mag Box and NTV subscription suffering more occasions where the picture pauses and then continues or goes to black screen and then (sometimes) reloads?

I assume this is simply more instances of buffering than there used to be but don't know whether it is caused by NTV's servers being overworked or by GO lowering broadband speeds! (I get about 30Meg)

Would a Static IP address improve the performance if it is an ISP problem?

we only have 6mbps here and its usually fine but the last few days has seen a number of server issues... for which ntv have never explained or apologised for
