I don't agree with your momma, there's a very high percentage of women actually working here. As long as the workplace is well known as in the company background and stuff you should be fine.

You should ask your momma on what she is basing her opinions.

thanks for your comment, my mama said some of her friend who used to work there said it not safe coz they still arab i mean arab men, u know in riyadh womens are not allowed to work in any establishment except in the hospital or clic, if the girl work in any established is not safe

We've got women working in my company. They're safe. And despite all the frequent blood letting in the office, it's not a hospital.

Libya is much more moderate compared to Saudi Arabia in terms of women working / driving / etc.

Ohh it's safe for women to work here. I know what you mean especially when you talk about some parts of the gulf, but Libya is different from those.
