Moving to Riyadh: What to bring and how to bring it?

Wife and I will be moving to furnished teachers apartment in the coming weeks (if the &$#@#% visa ever comes through). What should I bring and how do we get it there? There is a limit to how much we can bring on the airplane. What do we need to bring?
What about:
* books
* DVDs
* documents
And if we're not going to carry it, what's the best way to ship belongs to KSA? If I were to bring all our clothes, I'm estimating 10 boxes of clothes and 2-4 boxes of books/documents/misc. Should we get part of a container? Should we use UPS? A moving company?
How long will it take?
How much should I expect to spend?
