Question regarding Sim Card User

In Jeddah Saudi Arabia, if you don't used your old sim card it is possible that the company provider will provide a new sim card with the same number that i used before?

If its on your Iqama then they will definitely issue new sim card with same number.

If it is on your Identity Card (Iqama or Visa Number if you on a visit) and still your Validity is remaining. if your Validity got finsihed then may be they will Issue your number to someone else after few months. So First you check by dialing your number if its ringing or not. If it is ringing then it has been issued to some one else.
