So I recently moved to Dorado back in February this year and have shipped a car over, been to the Hacienda, paid the taxes and finally got it released. Now I believe I need to swap the FL plate for a PR one and I am wondering what the steps involved in the process are here. I don't speak any spanish so researching has been slow. Has anyone been through the process over here and have any insights to make this as quick and easy as possible it will be greatly appreciated!
