hi. i already have a final exit visa here in riyadh. and will go to dubai with employment visa. just want to ask if it will be needed a police clearance before going to dubai? please let me know. thank you and regards,

I have never heard about such requirement, you shouldn't be able to get out of Saudi if police is looking for you

because some of my colleagues told me to have it first before going to dubai? so sir, is it okay to go there in dubai with employment visa only and final exit visa from my previous employer. thankyou

In KSA, you can get a police certificate only if it was requested by an official body or government.
You can't go and ask for it by yourself.

as I recall, for immigration purposes, it is one of the requirements because it serves as a proof of history of criminal record within your stay in a foreign country.
but I have no idea if it is required or not in Dubai.
