For those nationalities who are in the UK and who require a visitor visa to enter the UAE, there is only one method of application:

Do not apply at the UAE embassy in London, or through Etihad or Emirates airlines. The UAE embassy only handles some types of business and diplomatic visas.

You will need to make an online application through the following website:

APPLY THROUGH THIS WEBSITE FOR A UAE VISA IF YOU ARE IN THE UK AND REQUIRE A VISA TO ENTER THE UAE

Note:

- You can only make payment via PayPal. No credit/debit cards accepted.

- All documents must be uploaded in .jpg format, as high quality images. Make sure you have a good connection!

- Processing time is 5-7 working days.

- Your travel document will be emailed to you.

I'm from Dubai, UAE born and raised.... Please take advise from people who know better.

Aren't people from the UK capable on having a visa upon arrival? This is the first I've heard of this!?
It's best to check government websites before coming to a country and know all the rulessss!!!  these are government websites:

If you are among the 32-36 countries UK Citizens included, you can enter UAE and have your visit visa upon ARRIVAL and wont need and agency or anyone to sponsor you. DON'T PAY PEOPLE FOR YOUR VISA!

Please check here.
http://www.dubaifaqs.com/visa-arrival-d … lities.php

If you are not of the 32 countries who has this benefit then you'll need someone related to you to sponsor you or have a company here sponsor your visit visa.

You should also know about the health care facts and you should get yourself checked before entering the country and is willing to work here.

This is a very popular furom for expats in UAE it's not only for ladies but there are a lot of information there that will help you have a good idea on what UAE is about. A lot of people use this site here locally and there is a lot you can learn about. Esp new comers.

Please just use the airlines (Etihad). It is very uncomplicated process. Including your UK visa will make the process quicker and your visa will be made in 1-2 days only.

The best place for you to put your CV is in the jobs section located at the top of this page. There it will get maximum exposure and remain current.

Hello how come, according to my knowledge, for GCC countries visa is available upon
arrival in the airport itself and that too is free, I travel very often I get free visa upon
arrival,so how come you are trying to scam the people.

alexios

Hello Mr. Waqas,

Nice to hear from you and how are you doing? which country do you live.
I never take these injections so I don't know really, If you want to please
check on website or ask from the immigration dept., I must say if we don't
do illegal stuff, hear you know what I mean, there is nothing to worry, but
if you are planning for a vacation in UAE, better you take health insurance.
take care, and all the best.
