Is it possible to have a visit visa to dubai?

depends on age and nationality
must be above 24
and it costs AED 400 for 14 days or 700 for 30 days ( renewable to 60 days)

I think my nationality causes problem, i have heard there is a law that stop moroccan girls aged between 17 to 35 to go to UAE alone
