Is return ticket mandatory if I join a company on occupation permit ?

If I come to Mauritius to join a software company, do I need to show the return ticket as well along with the offer letter in order to enter ? Any other document required in that case ? Can anyone suggest ?

Hello Jrishabh,
Yes, the return ticket is mandatory. If you already sure that you will get this job, you can buy a ticket with full refund option. I missed this step when came in Mauritius. I was already on customs when they told me to buy it, they accompany me at the Air Mauritius ticket office and strictly checked my purchase. In my offer letter the company proved my place of stay in MRU while occupation permit will be in process.

For occupation permit I had all documents translated in english and notarized: birth certificate, diploma, letter from previous work, even school bulletin just in case (it is not mandatory but they took it).
