Hi Anastasia8,

Welcome on board to this site.

If you are referring to unlock your private mail system, you need more participating on the blog.
A couple more posts on different forum and your system will automatically unlock.
Introduce yourself on the Canadian and Bangladesh forum, ask questions and give answers where ever you can will do the trick.
