Mobily way of marketing

Hello all,

A friend mentioned he gets to listen to an awkward music when calling me on my cell phone*.

I decided to call Mobily to speak about it. I was told it was a "free" service which would be charged if I choose to have it after a month.

Honestly speaking, im found of music and 5 SAR doesnt mean much either. But the whole idea of putting on something which a customer hasnt signed up for and to make it worse no correspondence was sent out makes me feel being sold something I never asked for..

There is no concept of customer rights/care in this country. I feel sick to my guts. I have one word for these people. HOPELESS!

*I am on a post-paid plan from Mobily.

Had the same issue, had to cancel it manually!!

not happy at all with the way it occurred!!
