OK...I have a question for any American or anyone that knows....what happens with expats when Obamacare is rolled out? It cant be used out of the country (just like Medicare), but what about the sign ups or the fines for not signing up. How will this effect social security? Will checks be garnished or reduced? Lots of questions.....and nobody has been able to answer. I'll listen to anything said.....thanks
