Senior Architect

Looking for a position for Senior Architect
Graduated in Master of Architecture from Iran
3 years experience in Muscat, Oman and 7 years experience in Iran

Design proficiency in the current version Autodesk systems (Auto Cad, 3DMax V-Ray), Power point, Photo shop and engineering-management software to effectively produce Concept and construction design, documents, specifications and schedules and details.
Great familiarity with local building by laws & other regulatory frame work dealing with built environment and remarkable expertise in client servicing, contract negotiations, preparation of pre-design documents, zoning and planning issues, cost estimating and budget preparation, tracking project performance and monitoring the team dynamics.
