Need expat advice on Salary

Hi,
I am working with a reputed IT MNC in gurgaon & earning INR 19.57 lacs......with 60/40 ratio.

I have got an offer from Tanzania offering monthly salary as USD 2300 & monthly incentive as USD 600 (which will be paid on half yearly basis).

I have a family & little confused about whehther I will be save any thing there or not.
Need your expert advice on this ASAP.

First of all INR 19.57 lakhs per annum is pretty good salary my friend. And that too you are earning it in a country like India where there is always a 1000 ready to take up your seat.

Now do you want to give away that fortune to some other guy ???

I suggest you take 6 months leave from India and try in Tanzania.
