It's highly unlikely I will know the lady but, PM me the name and address and I'll send them a letter or, if it's a place where I have family or friends, I'll get them to visit.

I'll email this to a friend in immigration.

Best thing to do with the passport is take it to the Indonesian embassy closest to you.
The lady may well have reported the loss there so that's probably her best of getting it.

Today we handed over it to the Indonesian EMBASSY in Riyadh. But after sending it to Embassy the Passport holder called me after cheking my Advertisemdnt in Social website in Riyadh. we adviced her to collect it from Embassy
I hope she will collect it from the Emabssy.
