there are lots of walnut trees in Anatolia. I m sure you can find the walnut hull powder in here. you should ask to 'Aktar' I dont know what is in English. they sell organic materials and spices. Lokmanhekim is the most popular one of the Aktar. Ask your Turkish friends around you. Most probably ther know where it is.
