Hi All,
Am an IT professional from Bangalore,India,having 11 years of experience in software testing. Currently working as Software Test Manager. Am planning to move to Malaysia with Family (Wife and 3 year kid). Please let me know about the below items based on your exposure to Malaysia till now.

- How is the software testing market in Malaysia. Which city is having many opportunity in this domain.

- How to get job opportunity/interviews by being in India

- What are the main job sites which could attract potential employers.

- What are the different types of VISA's provided by the employers to work in Malaysia.

- What is the average salary to expect for my experience.

- Do we have list of specific consultants who provide placement to potential candidates.

hehehe nice one joyce :-) sri, there is a market for software testers here. i wud advise u to search in sites like monster and naukri. try to get a job from india. if u go thru the blog, u will get a feel of what kind of salaries are being offered. my opinion is 8k. once u get a job, the company will get u a work permit.
