Moving to Amman in the summer

hey everyone! My boyfriend and I are moving to Amman, Jordan this summer. He is pretty fluent in Arabic.. i only know(still learning!) how to ask for directions, coffee, money and that sort of stuff. I was wondering if any american woman (i'm in my mid 20's) were able to find local jobs, or some way to earn income while being abroad. I do not have my degree but am thinking of finishing up someday. any work suggestions?

Welcome Imitch, I'd suggest finding something you enjoy, and start your own business. I'd be sure and handle all the proper paperwork and legal matters in a professional way. This way you won't run into problems down the road. Small businesses prosper in Amman. If you like to bake or cook.... then start a small eatery of somekind. Almost everyone likes to eat. Just an idea.... Hope all goes well with your move and stay in Amman.
