Got new offer to move to Doha

Hi all,


Currently living in Dubai with around 6 years experience, and I got an offer from one a telecommunication company, the offer is

- Position : project Manager
- Salary 5100$ which is around 18500 QAR, 
- Annual return ticket for employee (Qatar to native country and back)
- One way ticket to native country on termination of contract
- Medical insurance for employee.

is this a good package, for a married person without kids.

in USD:

65,000 Base + 16,250 allowance
7,200 Transportation
10,000 Ed Leave
Home Leave Allowance
House provided by employer
health insurance, children School also provided.

Are you sure thats in USD? or USD and Qatari?

Yes everything is in  USD, sure ... why?

if in USD, it must be USD per annum. some one thought it to be USD per month.
