You wont find nice place in Kiev for $300 unless its a hole:(
Kiev apps, & I mean 1-bedroom aps, are in $600+ price range.
A really pretty/modern ones and recently furnished with all 21st century amenities is $1000+
Also curious, why would Hollywood screenwriter choose to come to the UA seekign for very cheap apts? Guess artistic life aint that glamorous lol no offense
