Migration Agent Needed

Does anyone has a reference for a good migration agent. We've spoken to one, but he's estimating it'll take three years to get approved for a permanent residence Visa. That might be true, but I'd love to get a second opinion.

Hi,

I've heard about synch1.com, but it was a few years ago. I can't say is their service is good or not as I finally didn't use it ... but maybe you should contact them and see how it goes?

All the best,

Julien

Hi,

I'm afraid the waiting period for permanent residency visas just keeps getting longer. The emphasis here now is very much on processing applications from those with skills on the Critical Skills list. If you have a look at the DIAc website, you can see what trades / professions are on the Critical Skills list. If you have a skill on this list you may be here in under a year...otherwise be prepared for a long wait!!

Cheers

Well, we used AIS immigration, have look on my website http://www.ozarrivals.com.au/migration-agent/.

The waiting list may be that long, but it's always good to get a second opinion. We waiting two years until we received our visa form the moment we decided.. It's the preparation that takes the longest. Getting your passport, unabridged birth certificates, getting all your ex-employers to provide letter of reference or to get everything from your university, etc...

Good Luck

Hi, I lodged my resident visa application in September 2009 and I’m waiting for the DIAC response. I was already asked for police clearances and medical examinations, so I hope to be close to the final stage of the process. Here I share the contact details of my migration agent:
