Hi All,
Me, my Husband and my elder daughter got the Australian PR(189 visa) in June 2018. We visited Australia in October 2018 and stayed for 5 days. Due to pandemic and various health reasons we couldn't travel again. The travel facility expires in June 2023 .My questions are as follows :
1) What are the chances that we will get 155 visa( RRV) if we apply now? We dnt meet the residential requirement and we don't hold any personal ties with Australia.
2) If we plan to move to Australia before our travel facility expires, can we still work there ?
3) Also, the younger daughter and my son doesn't have a PR. Do we have to apply PR for them or need to go with the Visiting Visa option .
Please suggest the best available option in order to proceed.
